We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Outdoor Sports Activities Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and organizing various outdoor sports activities such as climbing, canoeing, mountain biking, and survival trips. You will work with different target groups, from children to adults, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
As an Outdoor Sports Activities Instructor, you are not only a sporty guide but also an inspiring coach who motivates participants to push their limits. You have a passion for nature and outdoor sports and know how to convey this passion to others. You are responsible for the preparation, execution, and evaluation of activities and ensure that all safety regulations are strictly followed.
You often work in a team but can also independently guide groups. Flexibility is important, as the work often takes place in the evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, you are capable of providing first aid if necessary and possess the appropriate certifications.
